After cleaning the surface of the maintenance-free bearing raceway with cold acid, we clearly see that the inner and outer raceways have been severely damaged and have radial patterns, concentrated on the sides of the section, and the center of the section is not obvious, indicating that the axial force suffered by the maintenance-free bearing is relatively large. For double groove ball maintenance-free bearings, the axial force they can withstand is relatively small, which is much smaller than the axial force that double row angular contact maintenance-free bearings can withstand. It can be clearly seen that the surface of the maintenance-free bearing steel ball is severely scratched, and the surface of the maintenance-free bearing steel ball of 3 sets of maintenance-free bearings is red, indicating that these three sets of maintenance-free bearings have been through a very high temperature environment.

Maintenance-free bearing anti-rust treatment method
